Delivery service in Chicago & Suburbs area is always $50

DELIVERY 

We are responsible to deliver it safe only to the curb but our driver (one person) will help you to carry it inside.If you are not able to lift heavy items, make sure you have someone who can help. It is not our responsibility of the truck driver to unload or assemble your shipment all by himself. Please provide impediment-free path: Stairways, elevators and doorways its  large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture.

If you ask our delivery men for some help please secure your home  by covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path or create difficulty with the delivery. Excel Furniture is not responsible for damages that may result from a delivery. For customer pick-up of products, each customer is responsible for providing a safe, spacious vehicle for transport.(Pick up from Des Plaines )

 

WARRANTY  & RETURN POLICY

 

Excel Furniture provides complete  one year manufacturer's warranty coverage on all of our products. In addition, all merchandise purchased from us is fully protected by shipping insurance against loss and damage. If any problems are present upon the initial day of delivery in regard to manufacturer's defects, incorrect merchandise accidentally being sent, or shipping damage, please contact us within the first 24-48 hours of delivery in order to notify us of any issues. After this time period, all warranty coverage will strictly be handled according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

 

Warranty Information:

 

  • One year limited warranty from the date of purchase
  • Frame Construction, motion upholstery, fabric, cushions, and stitching warranted only under the conditions of normal usage
  • Limited warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, or normal wear 

 

Return / Exchange Policy

 

If you would like to return an item that is new and in unused, unassembled condition with original packaging, you may return the product within 48  hours of receipt. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via phone at 773-490-6283  and we will start a return process with you.

 

Restocking fees

 

There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed on all returns. Delivery charge is non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned within 5 working days, or its receipt, and must be returned in the same condition as it was received. If for some reason the costumer wants to return the item (too big, will not fit , don't like it) we will still charge 20% restock fee.
